细节管理在医院消毒供应室中的应用观察

Application of Detail Management in Hospital Disinfection Supply Room

目的:探究在消毒供应室中应用细节管理的效果。方法:选取8名2016年8月~2018年10月在本院消毒供应室人员为研究对象,单数为对照组,双数为试验组,对比两组成员前后工作质量评分、消毒质量评分。结果:管理前两组工作质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后试验组工作质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理前两组消毒质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),管理后试验组工作消毒评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在医院消毒供应室中应用细节管理,可有效提高物品消毒质量,进一步提高工作质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of detail management in disinfection supply room.Methods:8 persons in the disinfection supply room of our hospital from August 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the research objects.The single number was the control group and the double number was the experimental group.The work quality scores and disinfection quality scores of the two groups before and after the comparison were compared.Results:The difference in work quality scores between the two groups before management was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After management,the work quality score of the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in disinfection quality scores between the two groups before management(P>0.05).After management,the disinfection quality scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of detail management in hospital disinfection supply room can effectively improve the quality of disinfection,further improve the quality of work.
