摘要
首先介绍MMC整流的原理和拓扑结构。建立数学模型,并以其中一相A相为例进行分析,直观地分析其工作原理。分析CPS-SPWM的工作原理,基于CPS-SPWM对MMC整流进行调制。其次在Matlab/Simulink中搭建仿真模型。在综合控制上,首先给出整个控制流程图,然后分别介绍了电流电压内外环闭环控制,保持桥臂电压平衡控制以及子模块电容电压的稳压控制的原理及控制方法。最后建立环流产生的数学模型,详细分析环流产生的原理。针对环流的特点,搭建环流抑制控制器。仿真结果表明,控制策略能够完成对系统的控制,环流抑制控制对环流有很好的抑制作用。
First,the principle and topology of an MMC rectifier are introduced.A mathematical model is established and an example of phase A is taken to analyze its working principle intuitively.The working principle of a CPS-SPWM is analyzed,and the MMC rectifier is modulated based on the CPS-SPWM.Secondly,the simulation model is built in Matlab/Simulink.In terms of comprehensive control,the whole control flow chart is given first,and then the principle and control method of the current and voltage closed-loop control,the bridge arm voltage balance control and the submodule capacitance voltage stabilization control are respectively introduced.Finally,the mathematical model of circulation generation is established,the principle of circulation generation is analyzed in detail,and the circulation suppression controller is built according to the characteristics of circulation.The simulation results show that the control strategy can control the system and the circulation suppression control has a good inhibitory effect on the circulation.
