吉林省2015-2019年布鲁氏菌病流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological analysis of brucellosis in Jilin Province from 2015 to 2019

目的通过分析2015-2019年吉林省布鲁氏菌病的流行特征,为吉林省人间布鲁氏菌病的防控工作提供可靠的科学依据。方法收集整理国家传染病报告信息管理系统吉林省2015年-2019年布鲁氏菌病报告数据资料,经过Excel软件处理,用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果2015-2019吉林省共报告布病病例6576例,年平均发病率4.81/10万;年平均发病率最高的市(州)为白城市,其次是松原市;发病人数男性多于女性;年龄集中在30~64岁;职业分布以农民和牧民为主;流行高峰在2-8月份。结论2015-2019年吉林省布病发病率基本呈下降趋势,应继续加强管理,扩大宣传范围,控制传染源,阻断传播途径,遏制疫情发展。

Objective To provide reliable guidance for the human brucellosis preventionin Jilin Province through the analysis on epidemiological characteristics of brucellosis in Jilin from 2015 to 2019.Methods We collected and arranged the brucellosis report materials of Jilin Province in the National Information Management System of Infectious Disease Report from 2015 to 2019.Processed by Excel and analyzed by the method of descriptive epidemiology.Results 6576 brucellosis cases were reported by with an average annual incidence of 4.81 per 100000.Baicheng had the highest annual incidence followed by Songyuan.The incidence rate of male was more than that of female,the incidence rate mainly occured between 30 and 64 years old,peasants and herdsmen were the main incidence population.February to August was the epidemic peak.Conclusion The incidence decreased from 2015 to 2019.In order to control the source and epidemic trend,transmission route,it is necessary to strengthen the administration and the publicity.
