中国与国外牛、羊肉及其产品兽药残留限量标准的对比研究

Comparative Study on Veterinary Drug Residue Limits of Beef,Mutton and Theirs Products between China and Abroad

兽药残留问题一直以来都是备受人们关注的公共卫生问题。我国在2019年9月发布了GB 31650-2019《食品安全国家标准食品中兽药最大残留限量》,于2020年4月1日正式实施。与发达国家相比我国既有优势所在,同时也存在不足之处。对牛、羊肉、奶的兽药最大残留标准进行研究,对比我国与日本、美国、CAC的兽药最大残留标准的相同之处和差异所在,一方面为我国畜产品的进口提供基础数据,以保障我国人民饮食安全;另一方面为我国畜产品的出口提供参考,保证我国养殖业平稳发展。

Veterinary drug residues have always been a public health issue of great concern to international community.China issued GB 31650-2019 National food safety standard Maximum residue limits for Veterinary drugs in food in September,2019,which was formally implemented on April 1,2020.Compared with developed countries,China has both advantages and shortcomings.The MRLs of veterinary drugs in cattle,mutton and milk were studied and compared the similarities and differences between China,Japan,the United States and CAC.On the one hand,it provides essential data for the import of animal products to guarantee the dietary safety of our people.On the other hand,it offers reference resources for exporting animal products from China to ensure the steady growth of China’s aquaculture industry.
