倒班工作睡眠障碍病人静息态fMRI局部一致性研究 被引量:4

Research on Regional Homogeneity of Resting State Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging in Patients with Shift Work Sleep Disorder

摘要 目的应用静息态功能磁共振技术(fMRI)分析倒班工作睡眠障碍病人大脑局部一致性(ReHo)变化的特征。方法2019年1月—2019年11月招募首都医科大学附属北京安定医院倒班睡眠障碍的女性护士30例为观察组,选择26名正常规律睡眠的女性健康者为对照组,分别进行静息态功能磁共振成像,观察两组大脑局部一致性情况。结果与健康受试者相比,倒班工作睡眠障碍病人在双侧后扣带回、右前扣带回、右顶叶回下、右额内侧回、左丘脑等脑区局部一致性明显减弱。结论静息态下倒班工作睡眠障碍病人的大脑一致性存在特征性变化,涉及认知和情感相关的多个脑区,这可能成为今后干预该病的影像学靶点。 Objective To study the change of regional homogeneity(ReHo)in patients with shift work sleep disorder by resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI).Methods Thirty female nurses with shift work sleep disorder were recruited to undergo resting-state fMRI scanning.Another 26 matched healthy subjects underwent same scanning for comparison.the ReHo in two groups was analyzed.Results Compared with healthy subjects,the ReHos of nurses with shift work sleep disorder decreased in bilateral posterior cingulates,right anterior cingulate,sub-gyral of the right parietal lobe,right media frontal gyrus,and left thalamus.Conclusion Characteristic changes of ReHo in patients with shift work sleep disorde during the resting-state involves multiple brain regions associated with cognition and emotion,which may provide an intervention target.
