帕金森病患者血脂 血尿酸水平与疾病进展的相关性研究

Relationship between the levels of serum lipid and uric acid in Parkinson's disease patients

目的观察帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)患者血脂、血尿酸(uric acid,UA)水平,明确其与疾病进展的相关性。方法选取兰州大学第一医院156例PD住院患者(PD组)及156例健康体检者(对照组),检测2组血脂、血尿酸水平,对其结果进行分析。结果PD组甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL)、UA水平与对照组相比显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性PD患者TC、TG、HDL、LDL水平均低于女性患者,而UA高于女性患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,PD组UA及TG与病程均呈负相关(r=-0.169,P=0.035;r=-0.209,P=0.009),与病情严重程度呈负相关,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与正常人相比,PD患者血脂、UA水平降低,低TG、低UA可能是PD发病的危险因素之一。

Objective To observe the relationship between the levels of serum lipid and uric acid in Parkinson's disease patients,and determine its relevance to disease progression.Methods One hundred and fifty-six Parkinson's disease patients served as a Parkinson's disease group and 156 persons undergoing physical examination served as a control group.Their serum lipid and uric acid levels were measured and compared.Results The levels of serum TG,LDL and UA were significantly lower in Parkinson's disease group than in control group,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The levels of serum TC,TG,HDL,and LDL in male PD patients were lower than female patients,while UA was higher than female patients,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of serum UA and TG were negatively related with the course of disease(r=-0.169,P=0.035;r=-0.209,P=0.009),there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),it was negatively related to the severity of the disease,but there was no statistical difference of it(P>0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum lipid and UA is lower in Parkinson's disease patients than in healthy persons.Low TG and low UA may be a risk factor for Parkinson's disease.
