超声剪切波弹性成像技术对成年人中脑硬度的定量评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用剪切波弹性成像(SWE)技术测量不同年龄段成年人中脑杨氏模量值,分析其测量中脑弹性的影响因素。方法选择244例无脑部疾病的健康成年人,按照性别、年龄进行分组,分别测量中脑的杨氏模量值,分析上述因素对测值的影响,并分析不同操作者之间测得的中脑杨氏模量值的差异。结果258例健康成人中脑超声弹性成像探查成功率94.6%(244/258)。男性探查成功率97.7%(126/129),女性探查成功率91.5%(118/129)。不同操作者之间测得的中脑杨氏模量值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。244例志愿者中脑杨氏模量值(4.66±0.91)kPa。中脑杨氏模量值与年龄呈正相关,不同年龄组中脑杨氏模量值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性组、女性组中脑杨氏模量值分别为(4.68±0.91)kPa、(4.63±0.91)kPa,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SWE技术可定量检测正常成年人中脑的杨氏模量值,可作为定量分析中脑硬度的一个方法,为研究中脑病变奠定基础。 Objective The Young’s modulus of mesencephalon in adults of different ages was measured by shear wave elastography(SWE),and the influencing factors were analyzed.Methods 244 healthy adults without brain diseases were selected.They were grouped according to gender and age,the Young’s modulus of mesencephalon was measured and the influence of the above factors on the figure was analyzed.The difference of Young’s modulus of mesencephalon measured by different operators was analyzed.Results The success rate of mesencephalon ultrasound elastography in 258 healthy adults was 94.6%(244/258).The success rate of male checked was 97.7%(126/129),and that of female checked was 91.5%(118/129).There was no significant difference in Young’s modulus of mesencephalon between different operators(P>0.05).The Young’s modulus of mesencephalon in 244 volunteers was(4.66±0.91)kPa.Young’s modulus of mesencephalon is positively correlated with age.There was significant difference in Young’s modulus among different age groups(P<0.05).Young’s modulus of mesencephalon in male and female groups were(4.68±0.91)kPa and(4.63±0.91)kPa,respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The young’s modulus of mesencephalon in normal adults can be quantitatively measured by swe technology,which can be used as a research method for quantitative analysis of mesencephalon hardness,and lay a foundation for the study of mesencephalon lesions.
