Research progress of exosomes in gynecologic malignant tumors

外泌体(exosome)近几年在多种肿瘤的诊治方面取得重要的研究进展,其携带蛋白质RNA、DNA、miRNA等多种分子物质,在肿瘤的发生、发展、转移、侵袭和耐药等过程中均发挥着重要的作用。宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌(EC)是妇科最常见的恶性肿瘤,在早期不易被检测出来,到晚期时缺乏有效的治疗手段,预后差且生存率低。因此,探索和发现更精准的诊断方法及更有效的治疗手段极为重要,本文对外泌体在妇科恶性肿瘤中的相关研究进展进行综述。

In recent years,important progress has been made in the research on exosomes for the diagnosis and treatment of various tumors.They carry a variety of molecular substances such as protein,RNA,DNA and miRNA,etc,and play an important role in the occurrence,development,metastasis,invasion and drug resistance of tumors.Cervical cancer,ovarian cancer,and endometrial cancer(EC)are the most common malignant tumors in gynecology.They are not easy to be detected in the early stage,and are lack of effective treatment means in the late stage,with poor prognosis and low survival rate.Therefore,it is extremely important to explore and find more accurate diagnostic methods and more effective treatment methods.This article reviewed the research progress of exosomes in gynecological malignant tumors.
