摘要
目的探讨MedRad P3T心脏软件采用自动触发注射方案的可行性。方法前瞻性搜集临床拟诊冠心病行双源CT冠状动脉检查患者80例,随机分为小剂量测试组及自动触发组,各40例,扫描参数一致。分别比较两组冠状动脉近中远段CT值、冠状动脉三大分支近段信噪比及对比信噪比、冠状动脉主观评分、对比剂注射流率及用量、扫描时间。结果两组冠状动脉近中远段CT值、冠状动脉三大分支近段信噪比及对比信噪比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组冠状动脉主观评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组对比剂流率分别为(4.59±0.37)ml/s、(4.59±0.39)ml/s,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组对比剂用量分别为(75.04±7.20)ml、(56.06±7.01)ml,自动触发组较小剂量测试组对比剂用量平均少(18.98±0.19)ml(P<0.05)。两组扫描时间分别为(119.80±19.95)s、(92.40±15.99)s,自动触发组较小剂量测试组扫描时间平均少(27.40±3.96)s(P<0.05)。结论采用MedRad P3T心脏软件自动触发注射方案,可在保证冠状动脉图像质量的同时减少对比剂用量,且更简便、快速,在临床上具有可行性。
Objective To investigate the feasibility of using automatic trigger injection Scheme in MedRad P3 T heart Software.Methods A total of 80 patients who had undergone Double-source CCTA for ruling out coronary heart disease were prospectively enrolled.They were randomly divided into bolus tracking group(n=40)and test bolus group(n=40).The scanning parameters were the same.The CT value of proximal,middle and distal coronary artery,CNR and SNR in the proximal part of the three branches of coronary artery,the subjective score of the coronary artery,the injection rate and dosage of contrast agent,and the scanning time were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistical differences in the CT attenuations(HU)of the proximal,middle and distal coronary artery(P>0.05).There were also no statistical differences of CNR and SNR in the proximal part of the three branches of coronary artery between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in coronary artery subjective score between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the flow rate between the two groups(4.59±0.37)ml/s,(4.59±0.39)ml/s.The dosage of contrast agent in the two groups was(75.04±7.20)ml,(56.06±7.01)ml,respectively.The mean dose of contrast agent in the bolus tracking group was less than the test bolus group by about(18.98±0.19)ml(P<0.05).The scanning time of the two groups was(119.80±19.95)s and(92.40±15.99)s,respectively.The mean dose of scanning time in the bolus tracking group was less than the test bolus group by about(27.40±3.96)s(P<0.05).Conclusion The automatic trigger injection scheme of MedRad P3 T heart software can not only ensure the image quality of coronary artery,but also reduces the dosage of contrast agent,which is more convenient and rapid.Its clinical use is feasible.
