影像学评价脑胶质瘤动物实验的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 脑胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的原发性肿瘤之一。流行病学调查显示,其中位生存期只有14.6个月[1]。恶性胶质瘤的发病率高,死亡率高,治疗复杂,并且严重威胁人类健康与生命安全[2,3]。然而关于人脑胶质瘤的诊断与治疗仍然比较困难,因此,早期诊断和及时治疗是提高恶性胶质瘤患者生存率的关键。建立稳定可靠的动物模型是进行各种脑胶质瘤动物实验的基础,动物模型的成功构建对研究脑肿瘤的发生、发展及临床治疗至关重要。
