瑞特恩对精液质量异常不育症患者FSH、LH的影响

The Regulated Effects on FSH and LH in Infertility Patients with Abnormal Semen Quali-ty in Reiten Formula

摘要 目的探讨瑞特恩方对精液质量异常不育症患者FSH、LH的调节作用。方法将40例精液质量异常不育症患者随机分成两组,氯米芬治疗组20例给予口服氯米芬治疗、瑞特恩治疗组20例口服瑞特恩治疗。治疗前进行血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平检测,经治疗3个月后复查血清FSH、LH水平。结果瑞特恩治疗组患者治疗后血清FSH、LH水平显著高于氯米芬治疗组[(6.25±1.03)mIU/mL比(4.66±3.05)mIU/mL,(5.90±1.10)mIU/mL比(4.52±2.01)mIU/mL],差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论瑞特恩对精液质量异常不育症患者血清FSH、LH水平方面有显著调节作用。 Objective To explore the regulated effects on FSH and LH in infertility patients with abnormal semen quality in Reiten formula. Methods 40 infertility patients with abnormal semen quality were randomly divided into two groups. 20 patients in the clomiphene treatment group received oral clomiphene treatment, and 20 patients in the Reiten formula treatment group received oral Reiten Formula. Serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and luteinizing hormone(LH) levels were measured separately before treatment, and re-testing serum FSH and LH levels after 3 months of treatment. Results The levels of serum FSH and LH of patients in the Reiten formula treatment group were significantly higher than those of in the clomiphene treatment group [(6.25±1.03) mIU/mL vs(4.66±3.05) mIU/mL,(5.90±1.10) mIU/mL vs(4.52±2.01) mIU/mL], the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Reiten formula has a significant regulatory effect on serum FSH and LH levels in infertility patients with abnormal semen quality.
