颈动脉粥样硬化患者舌象图像特征研究

Characteristics of tongue image in patients with carotid atherosclerosis

目的研究颈动脉粥样硬化患者舌象的图像特征,为颈动脉硬化舌象形成原因和舌诊提供客观依据。方法应用DS01-B舌面诊测信息采集系统采集24例正常人与36例颈动脉粥样硬化患者的舌图,分析舌象的图像特征参数。结果斑块组的舌边(右)R.G、B、V.L、a、b值大于正常组,等回声组舌体的舌中B值小于正常组和混合回声组;斑块组舌图指标与IMT之间未发现相关性,强回声组舌体的舌根B值与IMT呈负相关,等回声组舌体的舌根H值与IMT呈正相关。结论颈动脉粥样硬化患者舌象的图像参数有一定的特征,不同回声斑块患者的舌象图像参数具有各自特征,动脉粥样硬化患者舌象的图像参数能在一定程度上反映颈动脉粥样硬化病变的情况,能为颈动脉粥样硬化的舌诊与定量化诊断提供一定的客观依据。

Objective To study the tongue image characteristics in carotid atherosclerosis patients and provide an objective basis for the formation mechanism and tongue diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis. Methods The lingual images of 24 normal people and 36 patients with carotid atherosclerosis were collected by DS01-B information acquisition system of tongue diagnosis and measurement,and the characteristic parameters of tongue images were analyzed. Results R,G,B,V,L,a and b value of tongue edge(right) in carotid atherosclerosis patients was larger than that in the normal group, and the B value of the tongue body in the iso-echo group were smaller than those in the normal group and the mixed echo group;No correlation was found between tongue images index and IMT in the plaque group,while In the strong echo group, the B value of the tongue base of the tongue body was negatively correlated with the IMT value, and In the iso-echo group,the tongue base H value of tongue body were positively correlated with IMT. Conclusion Tongue image parameters in carotid atherosclerosis patients show some characteristics, and different echo plaques in patients with tongue image parameters have different characteristics.Tongue image parameters can provide some objective basis for tongue diagnosis and quantitative diagnosis of carotid atherosclerosis.
