偏联系数在银屑病中西医治疗疗效稳定性分析中的应用

Application of partial association number in stability analysis of therapeutic effect of Chi-nese and western medicine on psoriasis

目的探讨集对分析中的偏联系数在银屑病中西医治疗疗效稳定性分析中的应用。方法根据银屑病治疗临床疗效,采用集对分析的偏联系数方法,计算疗效联系数的全偏联系数,据此判定银屑病中西医治疗的疗效稳定性。结果血热组的全偏联系数最大,疗效稳定性最高;其次为西药组、中药合计组、血燥组,结果与临床实践基本一致。结论利用偏联系数研究银屑病中西医治疗的疗效稳定性,临床上对治疗结果做出疗效稳定性预估,为临床诊疗疾病提供新的决策支持。

Objective To investigate the application of Chinese and western medicine in efficacy stability by partial association number of set pair analysis(SPA) in the treatment of psoriasis.Methods According to the clinical efficacy of psoriasis treatment, the partial association number method of set pair analysis was adopted to calculate the total partial association number of the therapeutic effect, so as to determine the efficacy stability of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of psoriasis.Results The TCM group with blood heat had the largest total partial association number and the highest stability of curative effect, followed by western medicine group, TCM combined group, TCM group with blood dry, which was basically consistent with clinical practice.Conclusion Partial association number method was used to study the efficacy stability of Chinese and western medicine treatment of psoriasis. Based on the results of treatment, the stability of therapeutic effect is estimated, which provides new decision-making support for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
