脑出血患者血肿增大和转归不良的非增强CT征象 被引量:4

Non-contrast computed tomography signs for predicting hematoma enlargement and poor outcome after spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 自发性脑出血早期病死率较高。血肿增大是脑出血患者早期神经功能恶化和转归不良的主要决定因素。利用非增强CT(non-contrast computed tomography, NCCT)征象预测脑出血后血肿增大及转归不良是目前的研究热点。文章对各种NCCT征象,包括液平、低密度征、混合征、漩涡征、黑洞征、卫星征和岛征,对急性脑出血患者血肿增大及转归不良的预测价值进行了综述。 The early mortality of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage is higher.Hematoma enlargement is the main determinant of early neurological deterioration and poor outcome in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.The use of non-contrast computed tomography(NCCT)signs to predict hematoma enlargement and poor outcome after cerebral hemorrhage is a current research focus.This article reviews the predictive value of various NCCT signs for hematoma enlargement and poor outcome in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,including liquid level,hypodensity,blend sign,swirl sign,black hole sign,satellite sign,and island sign.
