摘要
心室电风暴是急性心肌梗死后晚期的一种相对罕见但致命的并发症,研究表明心室电风暴与较低的存活率有关,且使患者死亡风险增加,需迅速识别同时紧急给予有效治疗,才能降低死亡率,改善患者预后。
Electrical storm is a relatively rare but fatal complication in the late stage of acute myocardial infarction.Studies have shown that electrical storm is associated with a low survival rate and increases the risk of death.It is necessary to identify quickly and give effective treatment urgently in order to reduce the mortality rate and improve the prognosis.
