摘要
腹主动脉瘤是指腹主动脉局部永久性扩张,其发病机制复杂。已有大量研究证实microRNA可通过细胞外基质降解的调控、血管平滑肌细胞凋亡、血管炎症反应和氧化应激等病理过程影响腹主动脉瘤的发生和发展。MicroRNA有望成为腹主动脉瘤生物学标志物及潜在治疗靶点,靶向干预microRNA表达有望成为腹主动脉瘤新的治疗方式。现主要在病理调控机制方面综述与腹主动脉瘤相关microRNA。
Abdominal aortic aneurysm(AAA)refers to the local permanent expansion of the abdominal aorta,and its pathogenesis is complicated.A large number of studies have confirmed that microRNA can affect the occurrence and development of AAA by the regulation of extracellular matrix(ECM)degradation,vascular smooth muscle cell apoptosis,vascular inflammation reaction,and oxidative stress.MicroRNA is expected to become a biological marker and potential therapeutic target for AAA.Through targeted intervention of microRNA expression,it is expected to become a new treatment method for AAA.This review focuses on the role of microRNA in the pathogenesis of abdominal aortic aneurysm.
