随着社会经济的发展和人们生活方式的改变,代谢性疾病的发病率逐年升高,严重威胁着人们的健康。经典的“土壤假说”认为,胰岛素抵抗是代谢性疾病发生和发展的共同病理生理学基础。最新研究显示,血清甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数可作为评价胰岛素抵抗简易且经济的指标。现就甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数与胰岛素抵抗及相关常见代谢性疾病的研究进展做一综述。

With the development of social economy and the change of people's lifestyle,the incidence of metabolic diseases is increasing year by year,which is a serious threat to people's health.The classical“soil hypothesis”holds that insulin resistance is the common pathophysiological basis for the occurrence and development of metabolic diseases.New research shows that the serum triglyceride and glucose index can be a simple and economical indicator of insulin resistance.This article reviews the research progress of triglyceride and glucose index,insulin resistance and related common metabolic diseases.
