摘要
目的探讨低温等离子刀切除扁桃体伴腺样体的临床疗效及对慢性扁桃体炎炎性因子的影响。方法选择2018年1月—2019年1月本院收治的扁桃体炎伴腺样体肥大患者共92例作为研究对象,按患方个人意愿分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各46例。观察组采用低温等离子刀切除扁桃体及腺样体,对照组则采用传统术式切除。对比两组患者治疗有效率;对比两组患者手术时间,术后出血量及术后疼痛时间等手术情况;对比两组患者IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP等扁桃体炎炎性因子的变化。结果观察组治疗总有效率(97.83%)显著高于对照组患者(82.61%);观察组患者手术时间及术后疼痛时间均显著低于对照组患者,术中出血量显著少于对照组患者;治疗后,两组患者炎性因子水平均呈下降趋势,但观察组患者IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平显著低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采用低温等离子刀切除扁桃体伴腺样体临床疗效良好,能有效提高患者治疗有效率,减少手术时间及术后疼痛时间,降低术中出血量,同时抑制患者体内炎性因子的释放,具有广阔的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-temperature plasma-assisted tonsillectomy with adenoid and its effect on the inflammatory factors of chronic tonsillitis.Methods A total of 92 patients with tonsillitis complicated with adenoid hypertrophy,those admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the personal willingness of patients,with 46 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with low-temperature plasma knife to remove tonsils and adenoids,while the control group was treated with traditional surgical resection.The treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared.The operation time,postoperative blood loss and postoperative pain time of the two groups were compared.The changes of amygdala inflammatory factors such as IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.83%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.61%).The operative time and postoperative pain time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than those of the control group.After treatment,the levels of inflammatory cytokines in both groups showed a decreasing trend,but the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Tonsillectomy with adenoid by low-temperature plasma knife has a good clinical effect,which could effectively improve the effective rate of patients,reduce the time of surgery and postoperative pain,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss,and inhibit the release of inflammatory factors in patients.It has wide application value.
