延续护理干预在碎石取石术后携带双“J”管出院患者中的应用效果

Application effect of continuing nursing intervention on patients discharged with double“J”tube after lithotripsy

目的探讨延续护理干预在碎石取石术后携带双“J”管出院患者中的应用效果。方法选择2017年11月—2019年11月在本院行碎石取石术后携带双“J”管出院患者86例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各43例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组实施延续性护理,比较两组干预前和干预7d后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分、双“J”管知识掌握度及并发症发生情况。结果干预前,两组患者SF-36各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者SF-36各项评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者双“J”管期护理知识掌握度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理干预应用于碎石取石术后携带双“J”管出院患者中,能够提高患者生活质量和护理知识掌握度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing intervention on patients discharged with double“J”tubes after lithotripsy.Methods From November 2017 to November 2019,86 patients who were discharged with double“J”tubes after lithotripsy in our hospital were selected as study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine care and the continuing nursing care was performed in observation group,the scores of the health checklist(SF-36),the mastering of knowledge of double“J”tubes,and the occurrence of complications before and after 7 days of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the SF-36 scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).The scores of the SF-36 in the observation group were higher than the control group after the intervention,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The mastering rate of knowledge of double“J”tube in observation group was higher than that in the control group( P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusions Continuing nursing intervention applied to patients discharged with double “J” tube after lithotripsy could improve quality of life of patients and mastery of nursing knowledge and reduce the incidence of complications.
