快速康复外科理念在腹股沟疝修补术后患者中的应用价值

The value of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in patients received inguinal hernia repair

目的探讨快速康复外科理念在腹股沟疝修补术后患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年12月—2019年10月本院206例行腹股沟疝修补术患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组各103例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组实施快速康复外科理念护理干预。比较两组临床相关指标、护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者术后首次肛门排气时间、首次进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后6 h、术后12 h的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后发生腹胀、尿潴留、便秘、肺部感染等并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论快速康复外科理念可缩短腹股沟疝修补术后患者恢复时间,减轻疼痛,提高护理满意度,并降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in patients received inguinal hernia repair.Methods From December 2018 to October 2019,206 patients received inguinal hernia repair in the hospital were selected as study subjects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method,103 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given nursing intervention with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The clinical indicators,nursing satisfaction and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The first time of anal exhaust,the first time of eating,the first time of getting out of bed to activity and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 6th h and 12th h after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the occurrence rate of complications such as ventosity,uroschesis,astriction and pulmonary infection were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The rapid rehabilitation surgical concept could shorten the recovery time of patients received inguinal hernia repair,reduce pain,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce the risk of complications.
