摘要
朱昌河水库大坝在碾压混凝土浇筑的过程中,模板边、钢筋埋件影响范围、与岸坡相接处及与其他结构相接处等周边和空间狭小区域无法有效碾压,通过采用变态混凝土浇筑施工技术,实现了碾压变态同步快速浇筑上升,保证了碾压混凝土的快速施工。同时,通过采取有效的质量控制措施,胶材用量少的变态混凝土也可以达到同等级常态混凝土的各项性能要求,很好地改善了碾压混凝土建筑物防渗性能和结构强度,节省了工程投资。
The formwork edge,the influence scope of embedded steel bars,the joint with bank slope,the joint with other structures as well as other surrounding and space narrow areas cannot be effectively rolled in the process of roller compacted concrete pouring for Zhuchanghe Reservoir Dam.The synchronous and rapid pouring rise of roller compacted abnormal concrete is realized to ensure the rapid construction of roller compacted concrete by adopting the abnormal concrete pouring construction technology.Meanwhile,the abnormal concrete with less glue material can meet the performance requirements of normal concrete with the same grade by taking effective quality control measures,thereby improving the anti-seepage performance and structural strength of RCC buildings,and saving the project investment.
