山西省黄河流域节水现状及供需形势分析

Analysis of water-saving status and supply and demand situation in the Yellow River basin in Shanxi

本文以相关水资源评价成果、水资源公报、水利年鉴等为依据,对山西省黄河流域的用水现状及用水水平进行了评价,并对流域现状年的供需形势进行了分析,可知在现状节水水平情况下,流域的可供水量还不能满足其需水量,需要加大节约用水力度,全面推进节水型社会的建设。同时,从机制体制和节水措施等各方面提出了相应的对策,可为全省流域内节水工作的发展、水资源的有效配置提供依据。

Based on relevant water resources evaluation results,water resources bulletin,water conservancy yearbook,etc.,this paper evaluates the current situation and level of water use in the Yellow River basin in Shanxi,and analyzes the supply and demand situation of the basin in the current year.It can be seen that under the current water-saving level,the available water supply in the basin can not meet its water demand,so it is necessary to increase water conservation efforts and comprehensively promote the construction of a water-saving society.At the same time,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of mechanism system and water-saving measures,which can provide the basis for the development of water-saving work and the effective allocation of water resources in the whole province.
