摘要
班主任作为日常管理学生学习生活的主要负责人,与学生关系最为紧密,班主任的个性特点直接影响整体班风的形成,对学生的学习状态与学习质量有着直接的影响。小学生的自控能力弱,喜好模仿教师尤其是班主任的行为,对学习的喜好程度主要取决于对教师的喜爱程度,班主任的个性对其影响更加深远,是良好班风形成的主要因素。
The class teacher as the main person in charge of daily management of students'learning life,and has the closest relationship with students.The personality characteristics of the class teacher directly affect the formation of the overall class style,which directly impact the students'learning status and learning quality.Primary school students have weak selfcontrol ability,so they can imitate the behavior of teachers,especially class teachers.Their preference for learning depends on their love for teachers.The personality of the class teacher has a far-reaching influence on them,which is the main factor for the formation of good class style.
