补肾通络方联合毫火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with filiform and fire needle therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的观察运用补肾通络方联合毫火针治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法选择2019年1—11月于内蒙古民族大学附属医院就诊的72例LDH患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,每组各36例。两组患者均给予西医常规治疗(非甾体抗炎药),治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用补肾通络方联合毫火针治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。观察治疗前后两组日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI)、疼痛分级评分(PRI)、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、疼痛评分(PRIS)及不良反应,比较两组临床效果。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者ODI、PRI、VAS及PRIS评分均降低,JOA评分升高(均P<0.05);且治疗组ODI、PRI、VAS及PRIS评分低于对照组,JOA评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗期间肝肾功能未见异常变化,均未出现与药物有关的胃肠道不良反应及其他明显不适。结论运用补肾通络方联合毫火针治疗LDH患者效果肯定,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with filiform and fire needle therapy in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A total of 72 patients with LDH who were treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from January to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Patients of both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment(nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).The treatment group was treated with Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with filiform and fire needle therapy in the basis of conventional treatment.Patients in both groups were treated for two weeks.The Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,pain rating index(PRI)score,visual analog scale(VAS),pain score(PRIS)and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI,PRI,VAS,PRIS scores of the two groups were decreased,while the JOA scores were increased(all P<0.05).After treatment,the ODI,PRI,VAS,PRIS scores in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group and JOA score was higher than that of the control group(all P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no abnormal change of liver and kidney function,no drug-related gastrointestinal adverse reactions and other obvious discomforts.Conclusion Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with filiform and fire needle therapy in the treatment of LDH has a positive effect,which is worthy of further study.
