摘要
目的探讨闭环式流程管理措施在神经外科重症患者院内转运中的应用效果,为临床诊疗提供依据。方法选择2019年10月—2020年3月江苏省南通大学第二附属医院神经外科重症患者100例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各50例。院内转运时,对照组采用常规管理措施,观察组采用闭环式流程管理措施。比较两组患者院内转运耗时、交接内容遗漏率、转运投诉率、护理质量及满意度。结果观察组的转运总时间、检查等待时间、交接耗时明显短于对照组,观察组的交接内容遗漏率、转运投诉率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的转运护理、基础护理、病房管理、交流沟通及专科护理评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭环式流程管理措施可缩短神经外科重症患者院内转运时间,提高工作效率及护理质量,保证转运安全,提高满意度,建议临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of closed-loop process management in the hospital transportation of severe neurosurgery patients,and to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods A total of 100 critically severe neurosurgical patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University in Jiangsu Province from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.During the transportation in the hospital,routine management measures were adopted in the control group and closed-loop process management measures were adopted in the observation group.The two groups were compared in terms of time-consuming in hospital transportation,omission rate of handover content,transportation complaint rate,nursing quality and satisfaction.Results The total transit time,inspection waiting time,and transfer time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group;the rate of omission of transfer contents and the rate of complaints of transfer in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistcally significant(P<0.05).The observation group′s transfer nursing,basic nursing,ward management,communication and specialty nursing scores were significantly higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Closed-loop process management measures can shorten the transfer time in hospital for severe neurosurgery patients,improve work efficiency and quality of care,ensure the safety of transfer,increase satisfaction,and are recommended for clinical use.
