摘要
本文主要为对某Co冶金过程中产生的高浓度、高稳定性EDTA-Co(Ⅲ)废水进行研究,通过对多种方法的研究,确定对该废水进行CaO沉淀Co,Fenton氧化法降解CODCr,并对具体工艺条件进行探索,通过该方法将EDTA-Co(Ⅲ)废水中Co降低到1 mg/L以下、CODCr降低到300 mg/L以下,达到国家废水排放标准。
This paper mainly conducts the research to the high concentration and high stability of EDTA-Co(Ⅲ) wastewater, which produced by a Co metallurgical process. Through the research of various methods,this wastewater was determined to precipitation Co by CaO, degradation CODCr by Fenton oxidation, and the specific process conditions were explored. By this method the Co in wastewater was reduced to below 1 mg/L, CODCr was reduced to below 300 mg/L, which met the national wastewater discharge standard.
