摘要
为解决含锗烟尘利用效果差的问题,本文从理论上分析了含锗烟尘的挥发富集可行性及渣型配比,开展了百公斤级试验研究,证明了锗二次挥发富集技术可行性。并提出了褐煤提锗工业化思路,以及含锗烟尘处理的关键技术-SSC炉及其集成技术。
In order to solve the problem that the utilization of germanium in dust is poor, this paper the feasibility of volatilization and slag ratio is theoretically analyzed, and hundred kilograms tests are carried out, all these prove the feasibility of secondary volatilization technology. The industrialization idea of germanium extraction and the key technology of dust treatment(SSC furnace and integration technology)are put forward.
