摘要
山区、沟谷或者老厂区建设施工竖井时,由于受到地面工业广场布局的限制,考虑到提升机仰角、绳偏角等相关规程、规范的规定,采用常规提升、翻矸的施工工艺无法满足现场作业环境的要求。驰宏锌锗会泽矿业分公司新风井在井口位置确定后,发现按照常规方式布置凿井绞车、提升机会造成无出渣路线。本文介绍了如何在满足规程、规范要求的前提下,开创思路,采用对侧翻矸出渣的方式,解决了这一难题,为新风井的顺利施工创造了技术条件。
In the construction of shafts in mountainous areas, gully or old factory areas, due to the restrictions of the layout of the industrial square on the ground, considering the elevation Angle of the hoist, the rope deviation Angle and other relevant rules and regulations, the construction technology of conventional lifting and turning over gangue cannot meet the requirements of the site operation environment. After determining the location of the wellhead, it was found that the new air shaft of chihong Zn&Ge huize mining co., ltd. had no slag discharge route due to the arrangement of sinking winch and hoisting opportunity in the conventional way. This paper introduces how to solve the problem by means of contralateral tipping on the premise of meeting the requirements of regulations and norms, and creates technical conditions for the smooth construction of the new ventilation shaft.
