摘要 本文介绍了600 kA电解槽用绝缘天车功能及结构,分析了绝缘天车的技术特点。对绝缘天车的关键机构进行了计算选择,并详细地阐述了采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对主梁结构进行分析计算的过程,通过分析计算验证了该主梁结构的合理性。本文的设计计算方法具有一定的通用性,为今后同类天车的设计提供了借鉴。 This paper introduces the function and structure of insulated crane for 600 kA electrolytic cell, and analyzes the technical characteristics of insulated crane. The key institution of the insulated crane is selected, and the process of analyzing and calculating the main beam structure with the finite element analysis software ANSYS is described in detail. Through the analysis and calculation, the rationality of the main beam structure is verified. The design calculation method in this paper has a certain universality, which provides reference for the design of similar crane in the future.
