摘要 随着计算机技术的发展,采用专用的计算机模拟计算软件进行冶金全流程工艺计算能够克服传统冶金工艺计算繁琐、工作量大、计算不全面等缺点。本文介绍了一款在国际有色冶炼行业普遍应用的工艺模拟计算软件METSIM,并结合笔者的工作体会将该软件在有色冶炼设计中的应用实践进行了总结,指出采用全流程工艺计算模拟软件在冶炼设计阶段进行工艺计算,是一种系统全面、可靠高效的工艺计算手段。 As the computer industry developing the computer simulation technology has been applied into the metallurgy process design and some professional simulation software were programmed and already used by the metallurgist for many years. With these dedicated software the overall metallurgy calculation of a metallurgy plant can be done very quickly and handily. In this paper The Metsim, a famous professional metallurgical simulation package widespread used over the international nonferrous metal enginneering, is introduced. The basic modeling method of this package and some comments are summarized based on the author’s practice experience. To do overall metallurgy calculation using the Metsim during the process design phase is recommended based on its significant advantages including systematic, comprehensive, reliable, high efficient and visual friendly interface.
