摘要
锡精炼电热连续结晶机由于受粗锡中铅、铋成分波动大及槽内温度难于监测等因素的影响,造成其操控方法难于突破,导致精锡产品的产量和质量波动大,金属损失多,现场作业环境差、劳动强度大和职业危害大等问题。为解决电热连续结晶机在生产中存在的问题,研究和开发出电热连续结晶机自动喷水系统。目前,自动喷水已连续运行12个月,产品质量及产量比人工操作时稳定可控。
Due to the large fluctuation of lead and bismuth components in crude tin and the difficulty in monitoring the temperature in the tank, the control method of the continuous crystallizer for tin refining is difficult to break through, resulting in the large fluctuation of output and quality of refined tin products, heavy metal loss, poor working environment on site, large labor intensity and occupational hazards. In order to solve the problems in the production of electric continuous crystallizer, an automatic water spraying system of electric continuous crystallizer was developed. At present, automatic water spraying has been running continuously for 12 months, and the product quality and production are more stable and controllable than manual operation.
