摘要
气态悬浮焙烧设备是流态化设备中较为先进的工艺设备,与原来的回转窑设备相比有很多的优点,产品的质量能够得到很好的保证,目前已经逐步取代传统的煅烧设备,成为市场的主流。这类工艺在氢氧化铝煅烧设备上较为成功,随着市场的需要,气态悬浮煅烧的方式逐步在铁、镁等更多的元素煅烧冶炼中得到应用。本文结合氧化镁气态悬焙烧炉中烘干破碎机、空气炮等设备的使用,进行了简单的实际应用分析,进一步寻找适合整个工艺流程的理想设备组合方式。

This kind of technology is more successful in the aluminum hydroxide calcination equipment,as the market demands,the method of gas suspension calcination is gradually applied in the calcination and smelting of iron, magnesium and other elements. Combined with the use of drying crusher, air cannon and other equipment in the gas suspension roaster of Magnesium oxide, this paper makes a simple practical application analysis and further searches for an ideal combination of equipment suitable for the whole process.
