摘要
液氧水浴式汽化器是贮存低温液体汽化系统中普遍使用的制氧设备,其主要用途是将低温液体与常温气态物质相互转换的换热设备。液氧水浴式汽化器投入正常生产时,会产生沉重的响声和强烈的振动,影响汽化器的安全、稳定运行。本文介绍了液氧水浴式汽化器的简介、结构及原理,对其产生的振动问题进行分析,并提出液氧水浴式汽化器结构改进的探讨。
The liquid oxygen water-bath type vaporizer is an oxygen-making equipment commonly used in the storage of a low-temperature liquid vaporization system, and is mainly used for exchanging the low-temperature liquid and the normal-temperature gaseous substance with each other. When the liquid oxygen water bath type vaporizer is put into normal production, a heavy noise and strong vibration can be generated, and the safety and the stable operation of the vaporizer can be affected. This paper introduces the introduction, structure and principle of liquid oxygen water bath type vaporizer, analyzes the vibration problem, and puts forward the improvement of the structure of liquid oxygen water bath type vaporizer.
