浅论国外EPC项目的采购管理

Brief Discussion of the Procurement Management of Foreign EPC Project

采购管理作为EPC总承包模式中极其重要的部分,直接关系到项目的得失成败。本文着眼于国外有色金属冶炼厂EPC总包项目的采购管理,根据EPC总包项目特点,从制度建设、采购计划管理、采购合同管理、采购质量管理及创新成本管理和采购模式等方面进行论述,为国外EPC项目的采购管理起到借鉴意义。

As an extremely important part of EPC contracting porject,procurement management is directly related to the success or failure of the project. This paper focuses on the procurement management of EPC project of nonferrous metal smelter plant in foreign. According to the characteristics of EPC project,this paper discusses the develop of procurement policy,procurement plan management,procurement contract management,procurement quality management,innovation of procurement cost management and procurement mode,so as to provide reference for the procurement management of foreign EPC project.
