摘要
越来越多的证据表明,肠-脑轴全面全程参与了阿尔茨海默病(AD)的发生和发展,并可能是AD患者脑内β-淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)、tau病理和慢性炎症的重要源头。本文现从胃肠道层面、脑内炎症层面和肠道菌群层面探讨其在AD防治中的可能靶点及应用前景。
More and more evidences suggest that the gut-brain axis is comprehensively involved in the entire pathological courses of Alzheimer's disease(AD),and is a new source of itsβ-amyloid protein(Aβ)and tau pathologies and chronic inflammations in the brain.In this paper,the potential targets and application prospects in the prevention and treatment of AD are discussed from the aspects of gastrointestinal tract,intracerebral inflammation and intestinal flora.
