基于云模型的空间目标监视资源调度效能评估

Effectiveness Evaluation for Space Target Surveillance Resource Scheduling Based on Cloud Model

针对空间目标监视资源调度效能评估面临建立效能评估指标体系以及定性指标与定量指标综合评估等问题,提出了基于云模型的空间目标监视资源调度效能评估方法。该方法首先分析了典型的空间目标监视系统及其任务,基于任务构建了空间目标监视资源调度效能评估指标体系;然后,应用云模型实现空间目标监视资源调度效能评估指标体系中定性指标向定量指标的映射,并根据指标体系的层次结构逐层开展效能评估,最终实现空间目标监视资源调度效能评估。该方法能够综合主客观信息,融合定性指标与定量指标,有利于空间目标监视资源调度效能评估的性能提升。仿真结果证明了该方法的可行性和有效性。

There are two problems in evaluating the effectiveness for space target surveillance resource scheduling.The first one is that an index system of effectiveness evaluation needs to be established and the second one is that comprehensive evaluation ofqualitative and quantitative indexes needs to be done.A method of effectiveness evaluation for space target surveillance resourcescheduling based on cloud model is proposed.The typical space target surveillance system and its mission are analyzed and an in-dex system of effectiveness evaluation is established.Then cloud model is applied to help the index transform from qualitativeconcepts to quantitative values.According to the hierarchical structure of the index system,the efficiency evaluation is carried out layer by layer,and finally the efficiency evaluation for space target surveillance resource scheduling is completed.The proposed method can synthesize subjective and objective information,combine qualitative and quantitative indexes,and is benefit for theimprovement of effectiveness evaluation for space target surveillance resource scheduling.The simulation results show that theproposed method is effective and valid.
