一种S波段宽带透波的吸透一体超材料 被引量:1

摘要 基于频率选择表面设计了一种低频透波、高频吸收的吸透一体超材料结构,该结构由三层组成,其中上层为方块形电阻膜损耗层,中间层和下层为无损带通型方环形透波金属槽。仿真结果表明:设计的吸透一体超材料结构在法向入射情况下,在2.6 GHz^3.6 GHz插入损耗小于1 dB,在8 GHz^12 GHz反射率小于-10 dB。文中进一步通过全波仿真和等效电路法分析了其吸波与宽带透波机制;同时,利用印刷电路板工艺制备出了吸透一体超材料结构样件,并进行了电性能测试,测试结果与仿真结果吻合较好。研究表明:文中设计的吸透一体超材料在隐身天线罩领域具有较大的应用价值。 A novel rasorber based on frequency selective surface with lower-frequency transmission and higher-frequency absorption isdesigned.It consists of three layers,the top layer is loss layer made up with square resistance sheets,and the middle and bottom lay-ers are lossless bandpass layers made up with square ring metal slits.The simulation results show that under the normal incidence,aninsertion loss less than 1 dB from 2.6 GHz to 3.6 GHz and a reflectivity less than-10 dB from 8 GHz to 12 GHz are realized.Further-more,the broadband absorption and transmission mechanisms of the structure are analyzed by full-wave electromagnetic simulationand equivalent circuit method.An experimental-demonstration sample plate is fabricated by printed circuit board process,and themeasurement results are in good agreement with the simulation results.It is proved that the proposed rasorber has great applicationvalue in the field of stealth radome.
