摘要
为应对雷达多功能多任务的需求,提出了一种基于真空管和固态管并联工作的双通道混合型发射机,并介绍了该类型发射机的设计要点,包括双通道射频链路的设计、多功能综合控制保护系统的设计、行波管放大链的设计、固态放大链的设计。另外,根据发射机的应用特点,简单介绍了结构设计和热设计的要点,并给出了发射机热设计的仿真结果。
In order to meet the needs of multi-function and multi-task for radars,a dual channel hybrid transmitter is proposed,which isbased on the parallel operation of vacuum tube and solid state tube.Several design points of this kind of transmitter are introduced,inclu-ding the design of dual-channel radio frequency link,multifunctional integrated control and protection system,miniaturized broadband traveling-wave tube amplification chain,and solid state amplification chain.According to the application characteristics of this transmit-ter,the key points of structure and thermal design are briefly introduced and partial simulation results of thermal design are presented.
