摘要
为提升网络警察的科技应用能力,提出“科技兴警”背景下全面提升网络警察科技应用能力的知识域体系架构。该知识域包括打击网络犯罪多维技战法知识体系、“积木式”技战法知识管理模型、“以案件为中心”多维联动的网警培训知识体系。通过应用效果分析可知,该知识域体系架构成果,可以较好地服务网络警察对科技知识的学习。
In order to improve the scientific and technological application capabilities of cyber police,this paper suggested a knowledge domain system framework for comprehensively enhancing the scientific and technological application capabilities of cyber police.This knowledge domain includes a knowledge system of multi-dimensional technical tactics for combating cybercrime,a knowledge management model of“building blocks”technical tactics,and a“case-centric”multi-dimensional linked cyber police training knowledge system.Through the application effect analysis,it can be known that the results of the knowledge domain system architecture can better serve the network police to learn scientific and technological knowledge.
