从被害人角度看青少年犯罪预防

Juvenile Crime Prevention from the Perspective of Victims

对青少年犯罪中的被害人进行研究,有助于对青少年犯罪问题进行全面的了解和认识,对预防青少年犯罪现象有一定积极作用。通过对青少年犯罪被害人的主要特征进行分析,从被害人角度提出预防青少年犯罪的措施。对青少年犯罪中无被害人犯罪的预防对策进行了初步的研究探索,提出依靠学校教育的同时,还需要充分发挥家庭教育和社会教育的作用。

Research on the victims of juvenile delinquency is helpful for a comprehensive understanding of juvenile delinquency and has a positive effect on preventing juvenile delinquency.This paper analyzed the main characteristics of the victims of juvenile delinquency,and proposed measures to prevent juvenile delinquency from the perspective of the victim.Preliminary research and exploration on the prevention of victimless crimes in juvenile delinquency are carried out as well.While school education is important,it is necessary to give full play to the role of family education and social education.
