摘要
文章通过文献研究运用内容分析的方法,分析总结近年来国内外高职教师自主培训的内涵、特点、意义、影响因素、存在问题、具体形式以及有效策略的发展变化,供后续的研究参考。
On the basis of the literature research,with the content-analysis methodology,this paper summarizes the connotation,characteristics,significance,influence factors,existing problems,specific forms and the development and changes of effective strategies of higher vocational teachers'independent training at home and abroad in recent years,which can provide reference for the follow-up research.
