Physical Chemistry is not only an important branch of chemistry,but also the theoretical basis of chemistry.The key to learn this course well is not only the students,but also the improvement of teachers'teaching ability and teaching skills.This paper discusses how to enrich the content of the classroom teaching through the improvement of teachers'teaching ability and introduces the differences between domestic and foreign teachers in classroom organization and teaching methods.The specific ways to improve the teaching ability of teachers in the aspects of the interpretation of teaching materials related to Physical Chemistry,the reform of classroom organization,the communication and interaction of teachers and experiments are studied in-depth,which lays a foundation for the teaching of the Physical Chemistry Course,the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities,and the cultivation of students'innovation ability and high-quality talents.
