摘要
文章以半年时间的产学研合作专业综合实习为载体,长江大学园艺学生在企业或者研究单位进行实践,实现“实习与创新相结合”。通过参与科学研究和园艺生产,提高了学生对社会的适应能力,增强了园艺学生的创新能力,也提供给学生更多就业和升学的机会。
The horticulture major of Yangtze University takes the comprehensive practice of industry-universityresearch cooperation as the carrier and let the horticultural students practice in enterprises or research institutes for half a year in order to achieve the combination of practice and innovation.By participating in scientific research and horticultural production,the students innovation ability and adaptability to the society are improved.The training also provides students with more opportunities for employment and further education.
