摘要
文章对南宁市3所高校开设护理学专业的在校420名男护生进行问卷调查,了解在读男护生专业认同现状并分析其影响因素。本科男护生专业知识、专业情感和专业认同感总分均高于专科男护生;学历层次、是否热爱该专业、交际能力、护理专业课程的学习态度、护理专业的工作待遇、未来的发展前景等是男护生对护理专业认同感的影响因素,高校可从这些方面入手加强引导,提高男护生专业认同感。
A questionnaire survey is conducted among 420 male nursing students in three colleges and universities in Nanning,in order to understand the professional identity status of male nursing students and analyze its influencing factors.The total scores of professional knowledge,professional emotion and professional identity of undergraduate male nursing students are higher than those of junior college male nursing students.The influencing factors of male nursing students'identification with nursing specialty were education level,love for the major,communication ability,learning attitude of nursing courses,working treatment of nursing major and future development prospect.So,universities should strengthen guidance from these factors to improve male nursing students'professional identity.
