摘要
对公费师范生进行在职教育硕士培养,是为将来成长为优秀教师和教育家奠定坚实基础。而学位论文的完成是教育硕士完成培养的关键环节。该文基于公费师范生地理教育硕士学位论文特点,从学位论题选题到学位论文研究与撰写,分析了这一过程中存在的主要问题,并针对性地提出了提升策略,认为地理教育硕士学位论文质量提升是一个系统工程,要从导师指导能力提升、教学方式改革、学生动力激励等方面综合下功夫,最终才能有效提高学位论文质量,提升公费师范生地理教育硕士培养水平。
The on-the-job training of public-funded normal students is to lay a solid foundation for them to become excellent teachers and educators in the future.The accomplishment of master's degree thesis is the key link for the training of education masters.Based on the characteristics of the master's degree thesis of public-funded normal students in geography education,this paper analyzes the main problems in this process from topic selection to the research and writing of thesis,and puts forward some corresponding promotion strategies.The improvement of thesis quality is a systematic project.It is necessary to improve some guidance ability of the tutors,teaching methods and students'motivation.Only in this way can the quality of thesis and the training level of masters in geography education be effectively improved.
