数据中心DCIM系统工程交付事项研究

通过对数据中心DCIM系统工程交付的重要事项进行研究,从工程管理的角度,对各阶段工程交付的关键工作探讨、研究及总结。报告了DCIM系统工程交付从规划阶段了解项目信息、深化设计、配置清单等;准备阶段,各项资源策划、协调、跟踪和落实;施工调试阶段,管理指导集成单位施工,单机调试和系统联调;验收收尾阶段,自检、测试、验收、竣工资料、培训、盘点和总结等现状。得出DCIM工程交付应进行全生命周期管理的结论。

Through the research on the important issues of the data center DCIM system project delivery,from the perspective of project management,the key tasks of project delivery in each phase are discussed,studied and summarized.From the planning stage,understand the basic information of the project,deepen the design,configuration list,etc.;prepare,plan,coordinate,track and implement various resources;in the construction and commissioning stage,manage and guide the construction of the integrated unit,stand-alone commissioning and system joint debugging;acceptance and final stage,self-inspection,testing,acceptance,completion materials,training,inventory and summary,etc.It is concluded that the delivery of DCIM projects should be managed in the whole life cycle.
