高校档案信息化建设探究

Study on the Information Construction of University Archives

随着信息技术的高速发展,各高校借助互联网技术信息化手段实现高校档案信息化建设,有效提高档案使用效率,为高校教学、办公、基建、人资、科研等工作提供高效、高速、高质量的信息化服务。山东华宇工学院开始从传统的档案管理发展为基于管理服务的档案信息化阶段。文章通过档案管理平台系统的设计与建设进行分析,最终实现传统档案管理同现代化技术有机结合,达到档案高度共享,使档案建设的目的(便于社会各方面利用)得到充分发挥。

With the rapid development of information technology,with the help of internet technology and information technology to achieve the construction of university archives information,effectively improve the use efficiency of archives,and provide efficient,high-speed and high-quality information services for teaching,office,infrastructure,human resources,scientific research and other work in colleges and universities.Shandong Huayu University of Technology began to develop from the traditional archives management to the archives informatization stage based on management service.This paper analyzes the design and construction of archives management platform system.Finally,the traditional file management and modern technology are organically combined to achieve the purpose of high sharing of archives and convenient use of all aspects of society.
