摘要
顶岗实习期作为高职学生由“学生”转变为准“社会人”的重要阶段,意义极其重大。在实践中高职学生在顶岗时期阶段心理问题频发,这不仅给学校教育管理带来不便,更深刻影响到学生的心理健康安全。援引心理资本中的自信、乐观、希望和韧性等“四维”因素,通过采取鼓励性教育、精准实施策略、家校联合关爱、个别与团队辅导结合的措施,力求帮助高职学生正视顶岗实习期间的心理困境,为做好高职学生顶岗实习期心理关爱提供可行性实践方案。
As an important stage for higher vocational students to change from"students"to quasi"social people",the internship period is of great significance.On the contrary,in practice,the psychological problems of higher vocational students in the post period are frequent,which not only brings inconvenience to the school education management,but also deeply affects the psychological health and safety of students.By citing the"four-dimensional"factors of psychological capital,such as self-confidence,optimism,hope and resilience,through the practice of encouraging education,precise implementation strategy,home school joint care,individual and team counseling,this paper tries to help vocational students face up to the psychological difficulties during the internship period,and provides feasible practice methods for doing a good job of psychological care for vocational students during the internship period.
