Improvement of Counselor's Caring Practice Based on the Caring Ethics of Nel Noddings

内尔·诺丁斯关心伦理以需要和反应为基础,强调关心的关系性。辅导员与学生之间建立的关心关系对做好思想政治教育工作具有重要意义。然而,现实的关心实践中存在着关心本质异化、关心意识淡薄、关心方式不当的问题。鉴于此,需要采取应对策略以弥补不足:提高认识,建立“关心性”关系;重视情感,彰显非理性精神;加强践行,提升关心能力。

The Caring Ethics of Nel Noddings is based on needs and responses.Nature on relationship is the core of it.The caring relationship established between the counselor and the students is of great significance for the ideological and political education.However,in the actual caring practice,there are still some problems with the alienation of essence,the lack of consciousness and the impropriety of methods.In view of this,it is necessary to take countermeasures to make up for the shortcomings:to establish a caring relationship,to display irrational spirit and to promote the ability of care.
