摘要
半导体照明原理与技术是新能源材料与器件专业的重要基础课程,在新旧动能转换战略下半导体照明原理与技术课程的教学改革,对促进半导体照明产业创新发展及国家半导体产业突破升级具有重要意义;慕课教学、启发教学、实物教学、翻转课堂、实践教学等多种教学手段的综合运用促进本课程的教学改革。
Semiconductor Lighting Principle and Technology is a professional course of new energy materials and devices or materials science related majors.Semiconductor lighting is a breakthrough of national semiconductor industry development.The research on the teaching reform of the course on Semiconductor Lighting Principle and Technology under the strategy of the old and new kinetic energy conversion has important demonstration significance.The teaching reform of this course is promoted by the combination of MOOC teaching,heuristic teaching,object teaching,flipped classroom and practical teaching.
